Welcome to Care of the Adult 3 Moodle site. In Level V you will be examining the care of complex clients who require multiple disciplines and collaborative care for effective management of chronic or long-term conditions. You will learn about the needs of both older adults and those with mental health conditions and how to address those needs within a collaborative framework.
